Kota eye hospital provides eye care to the rural population of kota district through its charity wing “Kota Eye Research Centre Society”. The Society was registered in 1989 under the Rajasthan registration act, 1958. 30% of the total free cataract operations being conducted in kota district are performed by the society.Kota eye research center society exists to provide the same standard of eye care to the under privileged rural population by our outreach programme in the community wing.
For the purpose, we have built a strong team which camps around the vicinity to find out cataract cases and performs hundreds of eye operations in our incomparable 3000 sq. ft operation theatre every year, free of cost.The main community outreach activities conducted by Kota Eye Research Center Society are :
